Once again P-Square are ahead of the game, these guys can do no wrong they are the true princes of Afropop, in their last episode they teamed up with Rnb superstar Akon to produce the smash hit "Chop My Money"  now their back with another mega hit titled "Beautiful Onyinye"  featuring the  the King of Hip Hop, the Boss himself Rick Ross.Yes baby it's P-Square and  Maybach Music, 'Number one in the game we goin be here'.

Nigeria: D'Banj, K Switch Signs With UK Sony Music



Afropop King Dbanj hits a new high as his hit single ‘Oliver Twist’ gets nominated in four categories at the 2012 World Music Awards, the highest nomination by any Nigerian artiste.
Megabucks for Dbanj: It has also been recently announced that he has signed a mega distribution deal with the UK giant music label, Sony Music Entertainment's RCA Africa label; one of the flagship labels under Sony Music Entertainment.the deal we are told also takes on his younger brother; K Switch who now enjoys a multi-album, worldwide exclusive contract with RCA. Sony also signed a strategic partnership with D'Banj's Nigerian record label DB Records, who's catalog includes artists and producers such as J.Sol, Jay Sleek and DeeVee, they will now have their records distributed by RCA.

The song is nominated in the Best African Act, Best Music Video, Best Song of the Year and Best World Artist. D'banj is also booked to perform at the Awards which will be held December 20th in Miami, Florida.

Sham Pain - Pop Bang Produced by - AraabMuzik



Afrobeat hiphop star Sham Pain produces another big track  from his bag of tricks or should I say bag of hits and he's has been  attracting loads of  reviews and accolades from industry magazines and newspapers such as  The Source - 'Hip Hop ain't dead it just got revived',  LA Times - 'An amazing double album filled with many club hits matched with realstreet bangers... ' NY Post - 'Just the tone of Sham Pain's voice makes you feel shakened' and the Dallas Weekly - 'Highest rated rookie to look out for in 2012'.

I think it's safe to say this guy is going places and generating a lot of heat on the fast moving Afrobeat scene  checkout his latest track simply titled 'Pop Bang' and make your own judgements
